Tuckers Pointe Community Development District
The Tuckers Pointe Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on July 28, 2021 by the Board of County Commissioners of Charlotte County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2021-030 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Tuckers Pointe CDD is located entirely within Charlotte County, Florida, and consists of approximately 507.08 acres of land. The site is generally located at the northwest portion of the interchange of I-75 and Tuckers Grande in the Punta Gorda area.

The Tuckers Pointe Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on July 28, 2021 by the Board of County Commissioners of Charlotte County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2021-030. Consent is given to the District’s Board of Supervisors to finance, fund, plan, establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain systems and facilities for parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreational, cultural, and educational uses, and for security, all as authorized and described by Sections 190.012(2)(a) and (2)(d), Florida Statutes (2020).
